Presales services are available to our NETAVIS partners and cover topics such as hardware requirements, high-level system architectures, network and storage recommendations, integrations with 3rd party systems, and specialized topics.
Service agreements regarding the maintenance of NETAVIS Observer systems are available in three different tiers:
- Software Assurance entitles customers to update an existing NETAVIS Observer system to new versions of the software for a certain period of time.
- Software Support Service Basic expands upon Software Assurance by adding fine tuning of installations and addressing software issues with a response time of next business day.
- Software Support Service Premium adds Active System Monitoring to the Basic tier.
Technical support is available to help solve any issues and answer questions for distributors and – in exceptional circumstances – also system integrators and end customers.
